Jeff Wishman has been my law partner since 1989. Jeff is an amazing bankruptcy lawyer, and a consummate problem solver. But, as happens to the best of us, he found himself confronted with a serious but unusual professional issue. Now, I’ll explain the problem and how Jeff Wishman solved it.

Bankruptcy Law Stay Problem

In the field of bankruptcy law, issues concerning a bankruptcy stay are not uncommon. But this problem was daunting, to say the least.

Tonight Jeff is going to an important professional meeting. When he got to the office this morning, he discovered that his shirt collar looked all goofy. Upon further investigation, he found that the dress shirt he had on was missing the collar stays. If he went to the meeting looking like that, it would make a bad impression for himself, and our firm. Here is what he did.

Jeff quickly and efficiently made himself a new set of collar stays. He used the cardboard from a legal pad. In a matter of moments, the problem was solved. I know all of this sounds unbelievable, so I took photos to prove that this really happened. I do not want anyone to think this is fake news or a cheap publicity stunt.

If Jeff can solve that problem, just imagine how much good he can do for the bankruptcy clients that you refer to us.

The homemade collar stay is being successfully inserted into the shirt collar.
