The radio program “Your Legal Rights” airs live every Wednesday evening from 7 – 8 PM in the San Francisco Bay area on 91.7 FM. This renowned program is also heard live streaming on the Internet during show hours at Public Radio station www.kalw.org, and upstreams to NPR radio.

They have produced close to sixteen hundred programs during these thirty three years.
About Program Host Chuck Finney. Chuck Finney has been an attorney for over 40 years and recently retired from the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office as a Deputy District Attorney in the Consumer & Environmental Protection Unit. In 2011, Chuck celebrated his 30th year in public radio. Chuck’s greatest supporter of his public radio career has been his wife Joanne Roney Carpenter, a retired attorney.
